Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing daily clinic operations and ensuring smooth patient flow.
Ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently and clinic resources are optimally utilised.
Handle operational issues and resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist with staff scheduling, attendance monitoring and leave planning.
Foster teamwork and maintain positive staff morale.
Manage patient feedback, complaints and service recovery efforts.
Monitor daily collections, deposits and billing accuracy.
Ensure proper handling of cash, credit card transactions and claims submissions.
Support month-end reconciliation and reporting processes.
Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on pending payments.
Chairside dental assisting and attend to patient's comfort during treatment.
Disinfection and sterilisation of the dental chair, room and instruments.
Managing the front desk, making appointments, rescheduling patients, taking phone calls, collecting payment etc.
Monitoring the inventory and notifying relevant internal parties when supplies are running low for replenishment.
Other ad hoc duties assigned by dentists or managers.

Requirements:


Open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents
Willing to do shift work and must be punctual
Operational planning and coordination
Leadership and people management
Able to multi-task and work under pressure
Adaptable and initiative and good time management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail

Training will be provided for those with no prior experience

Workplace : Jurong, Rochor, Holland Village, Punggol, Sengkang
