We are seeking a motivated Assistant Chef to join and support our kitchen team. Fresh graduates are welcome - this is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills in a dynamic culinary environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the head chef and kitchen team with daily food preparation and cooking.
  • Prepare ingredients, maintain cleanliness, and keep the kitchen organized.
  • Ensure dishes are presented according to our quality and safety standards.
  • Follow the chef's instructions for menu items and daily specials.
  • Support inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and comply with food safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for Japanese cuisine and a willingness to learn.
  • No prior kitchen experience needed fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
