Job Description

Workplace: Yishun Park Hawker Centre

Core Responsibilities

  • To manage all the operations and facilities maintenance of the company's placemaking venues. To plan and monitor the day to day running of business (vector control, cleanliness, POS, etc) to ensure smooth operations of the assigned venues. This includes the related facilities management and enhancements to our venues.
  • To work alongside with Head of Ops (Placemaking) and Centre Manager to manage the overall P&L of this department.
  • To work alongside with various departments (Tenancy, Marketing, Content Curation) on tenancy curation and management, marketing activities for the venues and/or tenants, execution of functions and events, etc.
  • To work closely and make recommendations to Management on operational activities.
  • Have high oversight and vigilance of tenants conformance and obligations under their tenancy agreements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills between departments, suppliers, clients and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and manage tight timelines.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
