- Oversee the daily operations of the centre, ensuring smooth delivery of student care services.
- Manage administrative duties including student and staff records, fee collection, and correspondence with clients and stakeholders.
- Supervise and guide staff in classroom management, welfare, and scheduling of duty rosters.
- Conduct monthly staff meetings to plan, review, and improve centre programmes.
- Provide support and guidance to SCC Coaches, fostering professional growth and programme quality.
- Collaborate with Teaching Excellence and SCC Coaches to ensure effective feedback and continuous improvement.
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve centre targets and key performance indicators.
- Supervise centre activities to ensure alignment with developmental objectives.
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, grade records, and maintaining health and safety standards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Cluster Head.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the student care/education industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong planning, organisation, and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and classroom management abilities.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and stakeholders.
