Assistant Centre Manager cum Math Tutor

Seriously Addictive Mathematics (S.A.M) is the largest Singapore Math enrichment programme in the world for children aged 4 to 12, with presence in more than 20 countries and counting.

S.A.M Downtown East is currently looking for a Full-Time Assistant Centre Manager cum Math Tutor who is able to teach students from N2 up to Primary 6 and manage the day to day operation of the centre.

Location:

Downtown East Mall (1 Pasir Ris Close, Singapore 519599)

Working hours:

Monday: 1pm - 9pm

Tuesday: OFF

Wednesday: 1pm - 9pm

Thursday: 1pm - 9pm

Friday: OFF

Saturday: 10am - 6pm

Sunday: 10am - 6pm

Duties:

• Conduct regular Math classes for N2 to P6 students.
• Planning of class schedules.
• In charge of Customer Service and improves service quality at centre.
• Achieve operations revenue targets and high customer retention while ensuring that effective and constructive relationships are maintained.
• Achieve the KPIs for termly enrolments, complete overall post-term sales analysis and share findings with Management.
• Devise, plan, execute and report on teaching programmes and conduct market research from time to time.
• Take charge of Service Quality and liaison with parents to optimise parent and Center relationships at all times.
• Recruit tutors and conduct new tutor and staff training from time to time.
• Manage the business expansion in preschool and primary math levels in the East area.
• Any other adhoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Management relevant to centre operations and Teaching Curriculum.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• Competent in Primary School Mathematics Syllabus.
• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Cheerful and passionate to teach and coach young children aged 4-12.
• Must be responsible and have a positive attitude.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience (Singapore MOE syllabus)
• Able to commit at least 1 year.
