As an Assistant Case Manager, you will support the day-to-day case management and operations of High Net Worth (HNW) new business and policy servicing, across multiple distribution channels. Focusing on operational execution, service quality, and process adherence while supporting initiatives to improve efficiency and client experience, you will work closely with the HNW Centre of Excellence (CoE) team and report to the Head of HNW and Centre of Excellence Management. 

  • Manage and support HNW new business and policy servicing to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant operations 
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements 
  • Monitor service performance (TAT, quality) and drive continuous process improvements 
  • Support team capability through guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training • Identify and address operational gaps to enhance efficiency and client experience 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve operational issues 
  • Participate in process reviews and implement operational and system enhancements 
  • Support CoE initiatives, projects, and digitalization efforts for HNW operations 
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, MAS regulations, and governance standards, including audit support
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the insurance industry, preferably within the HNW or Affluent segments • Experience in operations, underwriting support, or policy servicing within life insurance environment 
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving aptitude 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrates initiative and ownership 
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Strong project and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint & Word) 
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese language
