Job Description

. Develop strategic planning and execution of franchise development work

. Administer and implement franchise operation, training, and audit framework

. Work with franchise partners to develop business, improve performance and resolve operation related matters

. Maintain brand standards, working with franchisees to implement framework to improve franchise operational efficiency, service level and profit margin

. Lead, support and manage end-to-end development of new franchise outlets

. Planning of franchise training, audit and lead quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company and brand standards

. Facilitate smooth communication and good working relationship between franchise team and franchisee

. Assist with company's leasing matters

. Other Ad-hoc duties assigned
