Position Summary

As we scale our commercial operations across Singapore, we are looking for driven BD professionals across all experience levels to join our team. A commercially savvy individual who can independently manage a portfolio of accounts, execute BD plans, and support senior BD leadership in driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts across GP clinics, specialist centres, hospitals, or corporate clients
  • Execute BD plans to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective account and pipeline management
  • Support preparation and submission of tender documents and proposals
  • Conduct regular account reviews, product demonstrations, and post-sales support
  • Relay market feedback and competitor intelligence to the BD team
  • Prepare account performance reports and present updates to BD Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Min. 3 years in medical device or healthcare sales
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and meet sales targets independently
  • Good understanding of Singapore's healthcare landscape
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
