Job Scope:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Small Domestic Appliances market
Drive sales growth through distributors, retailers, e-commerce, and channel partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, campaigns, and operational planning
Manage pricing, promotions, forecasting, and performance reporting
Negotiate commercial terms and ensure excellent customer support
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Possess a Degree / Diploma in Business / Marketing, or related field
Possess at least 3 years of experience in business development / sales / key account management from consumer electronics or small domestic appliances industry
Strong knowledge of retail, distribution, and e-commerce channels
Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Analytical and results-driven mindset
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Able to commence work immediately or with short notice is advantageous
