Carry out building assessment and diagnosis to address building condition and defects. This includes site/building investigation, testing, visual inspection, testing, etc.
Competent to carry out analysis of results, preparation of proposal of rectifications and/or preparation of tender specifications as required.
To manage the tender exercise as required, which includes carrying out site showround, tender evaluation, interview and proposal for award.
onstruction Project Management- to ensure works are in accordance to Specifications/ requirements and proposed timeline
Responsible for project progress, implementation and completion within scheduled time.
Manage project cost and quality including any variation costs.
Coordinate and liaise with various owners, councils, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities in project matters.
Monitor and track construction progress and update for management.
Handle and rectify design site problems and other project issues.
Attend project meetings and create appropriate work plans to ensure compliance to requirements
