Company Profile:

Mint TCG Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based company specializing in trading card games and tabletop gaming products. We work closely with licensors and retail partners to grow tabletop gaming communities and make these products more accessible to players across the region through distribution, retail support, and organized play initiatives.

Role Overview:

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will be responsible for growing brand awareness and market presence in Singapore. You will be directly involved in marketing strategy, retail engagement, and organized play initiatives to ensure strong brand positioning and consistent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches.
  • Work with the marketing team on campaigns, including KOL/influencer collaborations, retail activations, and partnership initiatives.
  • Work closely with the customer relations team to maintain strong relationships with hobby stores & retail partners.
  • Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and availability of marketing materials at stores.
  • Support retailers in understanding products and running in-store demos, events, and tournaments.
  • Monitor community sentiment and respond to player feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strengthen player engagement and community retention through consistent event programming.
  • Track sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities, and prepare reports to support business decisions.

Preferred Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or event planning.
  • Strong interest in trading card games (TCG) and understanding of player behaviour and community dynamics.
  • Good command of written and spoken English (required for communication with regional or global partners).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage retailers, players, and internal teams.
  • Proactive, creative, and able to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Extra Points:

  • Experience working with toy chain stores, hypermarkets, convenience stores, or other large retail channels.
  • Basic skills in graphic design (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) or video editing.
  • Experience managing social media channels or personal content platforms (e.g. YouTube, Twitch, or other online communities).
