Job Description
Brand Strategy & Regional Ownership
- Develop and drive regional brand business plans aligned with market dynamics, local consumer insights, and global brand frameworks across multiple markets.
- Act as the regional brand owner, ensuring consistent, high-quality brand execution and strong local relevance.
- Translate global priorities into market-specific strategies that enhance brand equity and deliver sustainable growth.
Campaign Execution & Product Launch
- Lead campaign execution and own go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Ensure seamless execution across all channels, including trade marketing, Public Relations, and media, in line with timelines, budgets, and brand guidelines.
- Plan and manage regional media campaigns, tracking KPIs and optimising performance through data-driven insights.
- Serve as a key regional liaison with global and corporate teams to align on brand strategy, assets, and deployment.
Brand Activations & Distribution Growth
- Lead consumer-facing brand activations with a focus on engagement, relevance, and cultural resonance.
- Track activation effectiveness and deliver post-campaign and post-event evaluations.
- Design and implement B2B initiatives to strengthen brand presence and drive sell-in with wholesale partners.
- Collaborate closely with commercial and trade marketing teams to support distribution expansion, identify priority channels, and unlock growth opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with regional stakeholders to ensure brand initiatives align with commercial and business objectives.
Business Analysis & Budget Management
- Monitor brand performance using sell-in and sell-out data across markets.
- Lead monthly business reviews by consolidating results, assessing performance against targets, and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Manage and track regional marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation across markets and initiatives.
- Influence and align stakeholders within a matrixed, multi-market environment.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Brand Manager (7 months contract) should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, brand or product management.
- Background in fashion, premium, luxury, tech or eyewear is a plus.
- Prior experience in handling regional brand projects is required.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and campaign performance.
- Knowledge of marketing tools and platforms to drive brand initiatives.
