Job Description
The Assistant Boutique Director will be reporting directly to the Boutique General Manager.Your main job responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop the boutique team purposefully, fostering a high-performance and client-centric culture
- Building meaningful relationships with clients and external partners to foster loyalty and trust.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimise and boutique operations and collection campaigns
- Create a seamless client experience via elegant visual merchandising and boutique presentation
- Oversee boutique operations, inventory management and compliance, continuously innovating and optimising processes
- Developing and executing business strategies to capture and grow market opportunities
The Successful Applicant
To Be Successful In This Role, You Should Have
- At least 10 years of retail experience within Luxury Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry Industry
- Ability to lead, coach and develop large retail teams
- Strong entrepreneurial and forward-thinking mindset
- Proven commercial acumen and business management capability
- Experience in driving sales performance, client engagement, and operational excellence
