Develop, implement, and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for structural works, in line with the Singapore BIM Guide and project requirements
Set up and manage structural Revit models across all project stages, ensuring models meet LOD requirements and project deliverables
Lead clash detection and coordination in Navisworks against architectural, MEP, and specialist subcontractor models resolve structural interface issues
Oversee production of structural shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings from the BIM model
Manage the exchange, collaboration, and coordination of BIM data with consultants, clients, and subcontractors
Prepare and manage structural BIM submissions to Authorities using Autodesk Revit
Monitor submission schedules, conduct model audits/QC checks, and report progress to project management
Chair/attend BIM and site coordination meetings
Lead, train, and mentor a team of BIM Coordinators and Modellers on structural modelling practices
Requirements
Assistant BIM Manager: minimum 5 years of BIM experience in building construction projects, with strong structural (C&S) exposure
BIM Manager: minimum 8 years of BIM experience, including leading a BIM team through at least one full building project cycle
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Certified)
Solid understanding of structural construction detailing and buildability
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
