Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including cappuccinos, lattes, espresso-based drinks, and blended coffees, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages while overseeing daily bar operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place timely orders to ensure product availability.
- Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional customer service while actively participating in daily service operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards within the bar and service areas.
- Plan and manage staff rosters for the bar team.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Able to work on Weekend and Public Holidays
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for service excellence.
