Support daily assembly manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Monitor assembly processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, yield, quality, and efficiency.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving process, equipment, and production-related issues.
Participate in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
Support new product introduction (NPI), product qualification, and engineering change activities.
Analyze production data and prepare reports to support process optimization and performance monitoring.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to address operational challenges.
Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or a related industry.
Basic understanding of semiconductor assembly, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in semiconductor assembly, packaging, testing, or electronics manufacturing.
Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is an advantage.
Understanding of ISO, quality management systems, and semiconductor manufacturing requirements.
Willing to work in the East Region, Changi North Crescent.
