We are looking for an Assistant AQP Engineer to support the Advance Quality Planning (AQP) team in ensuring product quality and successful new product introduction activities. In this role, you will provide hands‑on support in data analysis, verification activities, documentation, and coordination throughout the quality planning process
Our Team
You will be part of the DSS Division's AQP Team, working closely with AQP engineers, product designers, manufacturing and process engineers, tooling engineers, project management, plants, and commercial teams. You will also engage with external suppliers to ensure alignment on quality requirements.
What You Will Do
- Perform SQE‑related tasks including verification and follow‑up on quality activities
- Compile, analyze, and present data, including preparing graphs and visual reports
- Coordinate efforts related to data collection for quality and process validation
- Create and update inspection checklists, SOPs, cosmetic criteria, quality instructions, and control plans aligned with design updates
- Conduct drop‑test inspections and follow‑up actions
- Support documentation of quality improvement initiatives
- Prepare preliminary standard inspection instructions
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Diploma in Engineering or a related field
- Open to candidates who are early in their careers
- Able to work independently and stay well‑organized
- Strong problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
What Will Put You Ahead
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or NPI environment
- Good understanding of metrology tools and GD&T
- Experience in a quality assurance function
