Provide technical product support to sales representatives and customers by offering accurate product information, application advice, and problem diagnosis. Perform product testing and troubleshooting, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries from sales representatives and customers via phone or email on product specifications, capabilities, and applications.
- Analyse and troubleshoot product or application issues remotely and on-site.
- Conduct product application testing for customers and sales teams.
- Visit customer sites to provide technical support, including system setup, adjustment, and fine-tuning.
- Deliver post-sales application training to customers.
- Prepare and update training manuals and documentation.
- Support sales representatives during customer presentations when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and initiate improvement projects.
- Comply with company and department policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
