Assistant Application Engineer

. Answer inquiries concerning product capabilities, specifications, and applications

. Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues via phone/email as well as on-site.

. Conduct product application testing

. Proactively identify areas to improve department operation efficiency and initiate projects to achieve such improvements

. Understand and observe company / department policies and procedures

. Other duties or projects, as assigned

Requirements

. Diploma Holder in an engineering discipline and fresh graduate are welcome to apply as training provided.

. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, activities, and projects for timely completion

Salary: $2800 to $3200 + Up to incentive up to $800
