Job Description

Our client is a stable and highly prestigious organisation with a strong global reputation in the luxury industry.

Ensure adherence to procurement policies and corporate guidelines, working closely with Finance and Compliance to maintain Procure-to-Pay integrity while guiding stakeholders on best practices.
Support and lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across key categories (e.g., retail fit-outs, marketing, Public Relations, IT, logistics), including supplier selection, tender management, and contract award.
Drive cost optimisation and value creation by identifying efficiencies, leveraging synergies, and supporting regional and global procurement initiatives.
Manage supplier relationships and performance through regular evaluations, audits, and continuous panel optimisation, while embedding sustainability and ESG considerations into procurement activities.
Oversee procurement reporting and analytics, providing insights on spend, project progress, and key initiatives to support senior management decision-making.

Minimally 5 years of professional regional procurement experience, ideally with exposure to indirect category management and/or the luxury industry.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering results on time.
Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills, with experience collaborating across regional markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, and New Zealand and work with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal, to influence and drive initiatives effectively.
Proactive, positive, and eager to learn, with a team-oriented, collaborative mindset.
