Lead the sales department at our Kovan aesthetic medical clinic outlet, driving monthly sales targets through effective leadership, customer engagement, and sales execution of advanced aesthetic treatments and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales department to achieve monthly company sales targets
- Independently drive sales initiatives and motivate the sales team to perform at high standards
- Apply strong leadership skills to guide and support team members in delivering excellent customer service
- Promote and sell aesthetic medical services including Botox, injectable treatments, and advanced laser technologies
- Provide customer support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Communicate persuasively and close sales effectively by engaging customers with a pleasant and outgoing personality
