Job Description:

. Service schedule coordination
. Service quotation / PO / Service Report update
. Maintenance and tracking of machinery record
. Machinery tool calibration schedule coordination
. ISO documentation control
. Tracker role for company protocol activities
. Ad-hoc administrative tasks where assigned
. Service billing to customer support

Job Requirements:

. Minimum Diploma with 2 year of experience in Administration or other relevant professional certificates
. Proficient in Microsoft office
. Highly adaptable to fast paced working environment and a good team player
