Assistant Administrator (Application Department, Japanese speaking)

Job responsibilities:

• Machine / CR maintenance schedule coordination
• APP Service Report update
• Maintenance and tracking of machine booking record/portal update
• Machinery tool calibration schedule coordination
• ISO documentation control support
• Tracker role for company protocol activities
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Data Analysis Support (Consumable sales)
• Shipment coordination

Job requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Highly adaptable to fast paced working environment and a good team player
• Japanese Language Proficiency - N3/N2 equivalent (To be willing to achieve N2/N1 level after joining) - Required to communicate with Japanese-speaking internal stakeholders
