Duties:
- Handle full sets of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in corporate tax filing and liaise with external tax agents or auditors for tax compliance.
- Prepare and submit GST returns in accordance with regulations set by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore.
- Support transfer pricing documentation and ensure compliance with transfer pricing guidelines for related-party transactions.
- Assist in year-end audit by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting for management review.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and internal financial policies.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and government authorities when required.
- Maintain proper financial records, accounting schedules, and statutory documentation.
