Assistant Accounting Manager

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Handle daily accounting operations, month-end closing, and prepare accurate financial statements and analysis.

2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

3. Support tax filings, external audits, and annual budgeting activities.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for management decisions.

5. Willing to learn and support Treasury functions, including:

Cash flow forecasting

Bank relationship management

Funds allocation and liquidity control

6. Serve as an Overseas Assignment Reserve Cadre with opportunities to be stationed in Bắc Ninh (Vietnam), Fremont (USA), or Texas (USA).

【Requirements】

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

2. Proven experience in accounting, with strong knowledge of financial reporting and closing processes.

3. Professional proficiency in English is required for effective performance of the role, as it involves the preparation of financial reports and documentation in English, and communication with international auditors and banks.

4. Proficiency in Chinese is required for job-related operational needs, as the role involves regular communication with Chinese-speaking colleagues and the review and interpretation of financial documents, internal policies, and operational data prepared in Chinese.

5. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

6. Willingness to learn and support Treasury functions is highly preferred.

7. Interest and willingness to be part of the Overseas Assignment Reserve Cadre, subject to business needs and applicable local regulations.

8. Professional accounting qualifications (e.g. CPA, CA, ACCA, or other internationally recognised equivalent certifications).

【Preferred Qualifications】

Hands-on experience in Transfer Pricing (TP) compliance and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) is a strong advantage.

Experience in multinational corporations

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Knowledge of IFRS or international accounting practices
