Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting, Reporting and Planning

. Prepare accurate and timely month-end reports, as well as monthly and annual financial statement

. Perform month-end and year-end closing activities

. Prepare and manage the company's budget, capital expenditures (CAPEX) and fixed assets register

. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements and company policies

. Handle HQ financial reporting requirements

. Attend monthly P&L review meetings with the Finance & Admin Manager

2. Audit & Compliance

. Involve in year-end, internal, external and IT audits and handle all audit-related matters

. Review and ensure accuracy of GST Submissions

3. Administration and Others

. Handle periodic surveys and submissions to relevant authorities

. Handle any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

. Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualifications (eg. ACCA, CPA) with at least 3 years of relevant experience

. Knowledge of statutory requirements, GST regulations, leasing / tenancy administration and audit processes.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (knowledge of Microsoft Business Central is an advantage)

. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently under tight deadlines.
