Assistant Accountant

Working Days: 5 Day A week
Working hours: 8:00am-5:45pm
Working Location: Pandan road
Salary: $3500 - $4500 (Depends on experience)
Company transport will be provided for employees who opt for the 8:00am - 5:45pm working hours.
Morning pick-up is available island-wide, while evening drop-off points are limited to Clementi MRT and Jurong East MRT.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor project schedules to ensure timely financial tracking and reporting
• Oversee and review AR / AP functions including journal
• Inter-company transaction and balances
• Stock issues and related adjustments
• Prepare closing audit schedules and assist in the preparation of financial reports
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

• Diploma or degree in accounting
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Audit background
