Job Description:

Role Overview: We are a fun-loving, mission-driven Social Enterprise on an exciting growth trajectory! We are looking for a high-energy, sales-driven individual to join our team.

This is a hybrid role for someone who loves the thrill of the hunt for new business but also understands the importance of nurturing existing relationships. As an early member of a growing team, you won't just be a'cog in the machine, you will be part of the core group leading our agency forward.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Acquisition (The Hunter side):

  • Actively identify and reach out to potential new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Present our services/products to prospects and convert them into long-term partners.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and growth KPIs.

2. Account Management (The Farmer side):

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a designated list of existing clients.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

3. Operations & Support:

  • Handle ad-hoc backend tasks, including preparing quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
  • Assist in administrative duties to ensure existing clients needs are met.
  • Coordinate logistics or project requirements as needed by the client.

Requirements:

  • Sales Mindset: You aren't afraid of rejection and enjoy the process of winning new deals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills you can build rapport quickly.
  • Multitasking: Ability to juggle hunting for new leads while staying on top of backend emails and admin work.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in a sales or client-facing role preferred, fresh grads with a strong can-do attitude are welcome!
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media tools and digital marketing platforms is a big plus but not a must.
