Job Description

  • Own mid/high-tier accounts and lead the planning and execution of client projects.
  • Conceptualisation and crafting of customized proposals tailored to client requirements by working with interdepartmental teams (e.g., creative and production team) to develop compelling event proposals featuring innovative ideas.
  • Dissect and review client event requirements (as stated in event brief) with proper work allocation assigned to the respective team members.
  • Ensure proper and complete submission for RFPs/RFQs/ITTs/ITTQs in a timely fashion inclusive of preparation and compilation of relevant financial and administrative documents.
  • Generate new sales by bringing onboard new accounts to expand each domain
  • Maintain and foster relationships with existing and potential accounts by staying in regular contact to understand the client's event pipeline.
  • Garner positive reviews and compliments from clients for events executed.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless event operations and delivery.
  • Provide mentorship to junior event staff, fostering professional growth and relevant skills development.
  • Negotiate contracts/quotes with vendors and partners, ensuring cost effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Develop and manage project timelines to ensure all event deliverables for the various projects are met on schedule.
  • Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met on a project level as well as a team level basis.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and client intelligence.
  • To support any team-related administrative/ad-hoc duties where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Events, Communications, or Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experiences.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills in live MICE events.
  • Experience with Hubspot CRM, budgeting, and project tracking tools.
  • High responsiveness, hands on, solution-oriented mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to manage 58 concurrent clients independently.
