. Assistance Service Engineer

Job Description (Role and responsibilities)

. Installation of FUJI SMT machine

. Provide after sales technical support.

. On site support or repair. (Schedule as well as Ad hoc)

. Can work flexibly, can accept the need to work overtime, weekends and public holidays depending on business needs.

. Willing to travel to S.E.A region (Mostly to Jakarta and Batam) to provide timely support for our customers

. Provide technical and application support to customer, including product training,

. Required to solve customer's problem, handle customer's queries, conduct application demonstration to customers and generate reports.

. Keep up to date of all the products knowledge and status.

. Solve technical and application problems.

. Required strong communication skills to handle customer matters & request in a professional way

. Report Writing - Written technical reports to management.

Position Qualifications

. NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or relevant field.

. With / Without Experiences

. Fresh Graduate are welcome
