Assist Sourcing Manager

Job duties:

1. Working with internal Business Development and Program on Customer's RFQ requirements and expectations.

2. Lead and drive RFQ from sourcing, analyzing supplies quotes and submission to Business Development and Program department.

3. Managing Bill of Material (BOM) details, validates, costing, encoding and perform BOM health check.

4. Annual Supplier Audit Plan

5. PPV report review & update

6. Organize QBR with strategic suppliers for business improvements.

7. Data validation (price, MOQ, SPQ, LT, Item Categories, supplier, payment term, credit limit etc.).

8. Commodity Analysis/Strategy / Spend Forecast (individual breakdown) / Sole source / Customer dictate.

9. Developing and implementing sourcing strategies and negotiating with suppliers.

10. Managing supplier relationships, maintain and developing positive business working relationships.

Required Qualification and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electronics industry with relevant electronic product knowledge

2. Working experience as Sourcing role for minimum 5-8 years

3. Familiarity with sourcing electronic commodity, vendor management and supply market.

4. Strong leadership and communication skills.

5. Ability to negotiate, articulate and sustaining working relationships with all parties.

6. Comfortable with figures and analyzing and interpreting data for decision.

7. A team player, strong analytical skill, initiative and energetic.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft office word, excel and PowerPoint.

9. Familiar with Infor ERP system will be added advantage.

10. Commodity knowledge (market condition/MFR product, technology, industry.
