Job Description
To assist Project manager in overseeing site installation works, supervision of sub-contractors and attending site meetings with consultant, owner and Architect.
To evaluate and select competent suppliers and supervise all works performed by workers at site to ensure that quality works are produced and meet client's requirement.
To check and evaluating the progress claims against with work done in terms of quantities and quality.
Maintain all quality and safety records, and implementation of the Quality Plan and resolve problem with client during DLP period
To carried out other duties as assigned
Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
Able to work in a stressful & fast paced environment.
Degree / Diploma Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent with minimum 1 years relevant working experience in construction
Class 2 & 3 license
