Job Description

A career within Risk & Compliance Solutions provides the opportunity to help companies rethink compliance and risk, creating a sustainable risk advantage. You will assist clients in developing internal controls, leveraging analytics and technology, optimizing risk and compliance policies, and improving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regulatory advice to fund management clients on risk, regulations, and compliance matters.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and internal audits for asset managers; recommend improvements to processes and controls to comply with industry best practices, regulations, and regulatory expectations.
  • Perform business process and controls reviews, including control assurance reporting, gap analysis, risk assessment, and remediation recommendations.
  • Provide outsourced compliance support, including regulatory reporting, implementing regulatory changes, compliance monitoring, AML/KYC reviews, and regulatory advice.
  • Assist clients in developing, implementing, and strengthening enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships by communicating scope of work, findings, observations, and industry updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field from a local or overseas university.
  • Good understanding of the asset management or private wealth management landscape (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in regulatory compliance, internal audit, or risk and controls, preferably in a Big 4 audit firm, regulator, or financial institution.
  • Strong academic record.
