About the Role:
Join a leading global financial institution's Operations team as an Asset Servicing Analyst. This role is key to supporting the management and distribution of Voluntary Income and Corporate Actions events across APAC equity and fixed income markets. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and accurate event processing while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage entitlement distribution for voluntary and mandatory corporate action and income events in APAC markets.
- Create and process asset servicing events using proprietary systems.
- Provide support to trading desks, prime brokerage clients, stock loan counterparties, and brokers.
- Reconcile cash and stock balances accurately and timely.
- Liaise with custodian banks and self-clear markets, interpreting market information and communications (including SWIFT).
- Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of broker-dealer environments and market risks.
- Experience in Asset Servicing within APAC markets preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to handle day-to-day operations and project tasks.
- Proactive problem solver with good logical thinking abilities.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
- Demonstrated initiative in process improvements is a plus.
