We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Asset Manager or Senior Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of properties. This role blends financial analysis, operational oversight, and strategic planning to maximize portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset Strategy: Develop and execute business plans conduct periodic asset reviews with actionable recommendations.
- Financial Analysis: Manage financial models, budgets, and forecasts track and report on key performance indicators
- Leasing & Operations: Oversee lease administration and partner with property management to maintain service levels and operational standards.
- Capital Planning: Manage capital improvement budgets and project timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules and cost controls.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify operational and market risks ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and fiduciary responsibilities.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders communicate performance and market insights.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market fundamentals to support investment and portfolio decisions.
- Sustainability: Support the integration of sustainability initiatives into asset strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master's degree or certifications like CPM, CFA a plus).
- Experience in portfolio or asset management.
- Advanced Excel skills in Financial Modelling is essential
- Proficiency with Argus or comparable modeling software would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of leases, operating expenses, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and strong organizational skills
