Job Description

We are seeking for a Programme and Project Manager for an Asian Asset Management firm to spearhead the internal programme management function, and run projects. This position will be a 12-Month contract position.

Responsibilities of the Programme and Project Management Lead, Asset Management Firm:

  • Fronting the Programme Management function by executing and planning the initiatives of the project. Leading a team of talents to ensure performance in the asset management firm, with a focus on delivering within scope and timeline.
  • Ensuring clear and precise stakeholder management across senior and junior stakeholders and internal/external vendors.
  • Establishing standard project management processes, and ensuring that the business keeps up to industry standards and best practices within the industry.
  • Collaborating with internal business units to ensure project demands are kept by schedule, and ensure that business requirements are met.

Qualifications of Programme and Project Management Lead, Asset Management Firm:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Asset Management, preferably someone with experience in change management.
  • Experience leading a team, with strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Business Management, Accountancy or Economics.
