Established asset management firm looking expand its compliance team by hiring this new headcount that will be responsible for compliance generalist coverage.

The role will work in a small team with visibility and learning opportunity towards compliance veterans and senior management.

Key responsibilities

Assist with regulatory engagement activities, including regulatory filings, inspections, and supervisory communications with relevant authorities.
Support senior management and business units by providing guidance on regulatory requirements, fund structures, and cross-border business activities.
Conduct compliance monitoring activities, including employee compliance reviews, control testing, and thematic assessments.
Contribute to the enhancement of the firm's compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Support the management of AML/CFT programs, including KYC, client onboarding, and ongoing monitoring across investment structures.

Role requirements

4-6 years of relevant compliance experience within the financial services industry experience in asset management, investment management, or alternative investments is advantageous.
Positive attitude with a proactive, hands-on approach.
