Our client is a leading provider for industrial and logistics buildings. The Group holds diverse portfolio of assets across the global market and they are looking for a unique individual to join their growing business.

Responsibilities

Asset Management

• Drive asset-level performance to achieve targeted returns, income growth, and capital appreciation
• Develop and execute asset strategies, including AEIs, repositioning, redevelopment, and divestment
• Monitor KPIs such as occupancy, rental reversions, NPI, yield, and ROI, and implement optimisation strategies
• Prepare and manage annual business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts
• Partner with Leasing teams on tenant retention, lease negotiations, and tenant mix strategy
• Oversee CAPEX / AEI initiatives, ensuring commercial viability and timely execution

Business Development / Investment

• Support and drive deal sourcing, acquisitions, and divestments within the industrial/logistics space
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial analysis for new opportunities
• Prepare investment papers, financial models, and presentations for internal approvals
• Participate in negotiations, structuring, and execution of transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, owners, and capital partners

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
• 58 years of experience in Asset Management, Investment, or Real Estate BD
• Proven exposure to industrial / logistics assets (e.g. warehouses, business parks, last-mile facilities)
• Strong financial modelling and investment analysis skills
• Good understanding of Singapore real estate market and regulations
• Experience in acquisitions, divestments, or deal execution will be highly advantageous
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Candidates with MBA / CFA are a plus

OTHER INFORMATION

• Location: East
• Working days: 5 days
• Salary: S$8,000 and AWS and VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications
