Manage client assets throughout their lifecycle, including delivery, tagging, deployment, withdrawal, collection, and disposal.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by guiding team members and contributing to process enhancements.
Collaborate with internal teams such as service delivery and desktop engineering, as well as external stakeholders and customers, to coordinate asset-related activities.
Conduct regular customer meetings to provide updates on asset status, requirements, risks, and ongoing progress.
Maintain accurate asset records and generate regular reports to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Update and maintain Asset Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure team adherence to defined processes.
