Job Posting: Trade Support Analyst - Asset Management Operations
The Trade Management team, part of Investment Operations within Asset Management, oversees all aspects of trade lifecycle activity in Asia. Covering a wide range of clients and complex products-including equities, fixed income, currency, derivatives, and alternative investments-the team works closely with traders, portfolio managers, and global operations teams. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective oversight, risk management, and the implementation of solutions for new clients, products, strategies, and system architecture.
Primary Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of trading-related activities from an Asset Management Operations perspective
- Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements for trade confirmation and settlement
- Manage trade confirmation and settlement across multiple markets and products within strict cut-offs
- Provide direct support to trading desks, handling ad-hoc queries and ongoing business initiatives
- Review and enhance existing processes to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trading desks, internal operations teams, brokers, custodians, and vendors
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in Operations/Middle Office within Financial Services
- Operational expertise in one or more products: Equities, Fixed Income, Futures, IRS
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication skills-verbal, written, and presentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with sound judgment to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Risk-focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to partner across teams and build lasting relationships
- This is a 6 month contract subject to further extension.
