Join our Central Dealing Desk in Singapore and drive equity and derivative trading across Asia Pacific. You will collaborate with portfolio managers, quants, and technology teams, gaining exposure to senior leadership and structured career development. This role offers mentorship, training, and opportunities to participate in trading committees and industry events.

As an Equity Trading Vice President in the Central Dealing Desk, you will execute trades across Asia Pacific markets, advise portfolio managers on execution strategies, and monitor market trends and economic data. You'll work closely with trading quants and technology teams to enhance trading models, develop market knowledge, and participate in industry events. The role offers clear career progression, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders.

You will be part of a collaborative team focused on innovation and data-driven trading strategies. Compliance and ethical conduct are critical, reflecting the importance of regulatory adherence in Singapore and Asia Pacific. Job Responsibilities

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience, including 2 years in equity and derivative trading.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Team player, helpful, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in Singapore and Asia Pacific.
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
