- Perform sub-module assembly and in-house qualification of semiconductor equipment.
- Set up machines to meet internal buy-off requirements and create setup instructions.
- Develop checklists for module assembly and integration identify extra parts for BOM updates.
- Ensure modified part drawings are accurately updated and documented.
Requirements:
- NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in assembling and testing complex electrical and mechanical subassemblies, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Skilled in using precision tools and understanding geometrical tolerance control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic image editing tools.
