Location/Office: Bulim Square Tower 1
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm
Compensation: Basic Salary + Performance bonus + OT paid accordingly + Transport Allowance + Meal Allowance
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in setup and daily maintenance of final assembly production lines.
- Support analysis and disposition of defective products.
- Assist in process research, verification and continuous improvement activities.
- Follow up verification results of line equipment, tooling & fixtures, and submit optimization requests.
- Assist in compiling and releasing production work instructions and process technical documents.
- Support resolution of R&D issues and improvement of assembly line throughput.
- Track and complete full closed-loop handling of ECR/TCN documents.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of production process experience majored in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics, with automotive.
- Preferred electronics industry background.
- Skilled in precision structural assembly experience in AA alignment, motor assembly and related processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical ability to identify root causes from data analysis and drive corrective actions for problem resolution.
- Excellent logical thinking, communication skills, learning agility and teamwork awareness with a high sense of responsibility.
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts (including night shift), weekends, public holidays and overtime after hours as required.
