Assembly Technician ( Aerospace / 4X Bonus / 4 Days Work )

Salary & Benefits

• Basic: $2,200 - $3,300 (depending on experience), Gross Salary: Up to $4,000++
• $250 fixed monthly shift allowance
• 9% salary increment upon successful completion of 2-week training
• Monthly guaranteed bonus & 4-5 months performance bonus (paid quarterly)

Work Schedule

• 4-day work week, 9-hour rotating shifts
• Morning: 6:30am - 4:15pm
• Afternoon: 4:00pm - 1:45am

Location

• Calshot Road (Islandwide transport provided)

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve aircraft engine issues
• Disassemble engines for inspection and maintenance
• Test and maintain engine components

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the aerospace / aviation industry
• Minimum Nitec in relevant field
