Assembly Specialist (3 Months)
Up to $3,000/month +$200 Night Shift Allowance

Working Hours

• Rotating Shift:3.00pm - 12.00am11.00pm - 8.00am
• 5-day work week

Responsibilities

• Support the assembly of advanced microwave/mmWave microelectronic products.
• Operate precision micro-assembly equipment such as die attach and wire bonding machines.
• Perform assembly, inspection and testing following engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Handle sensitive electronic components using ESD procedures.
• Conduct microscope inspection to ensure product quality.
• Support prototype and production builds.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Record production data accurately and maintain documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area following 5S and safety standards.
