Key Requirements
- Proven expertise in life and health insurance industry, at least 10-15 years relevant experience in underwriting and operations.
- Experience in working on change management projects and/or transformation type inititatives
- Strategic thinking skills, effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience managing data and analysing complex data sets.
