Drive regional sales for power generation solutions across Asia Pacific, developing strategic opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering technical solutions to support business growth, customer needs, and market expansion.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales targets for power generation products across assigned markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and partners.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions.
- Support preparation of proposals and value‑driven solution positioning.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer needs assessment.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reporting, and pipeline updates.
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer presentations.
- Manage regional tenders and oversee key account management activities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales within power generation or related industries.
- Strong understanding of generator systems, engines, or power solutions.
- Proven experience managing sales across multiple APAC markets preferred.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams for solution‑based selling.
