Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive international market development and customer acquisition using tailored sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with high-purity industries (semiconductor, electronics, life sciences, photovoltaics, R&D).
  • Independently prepare proposals and lead negotiations for projects (OEM, contract manufacturing, project business).
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and opportunities analyze growth potential across industries.
  • Improve internal sales processes with the Director of Business Development & Sales.
  • Visit customers regularly, represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Collaborate with management, project teams, and product development.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction to secure repeat business.
  • Contribute to and help implement a sustainable sales strategy.
  • Oversee revenue budgeting, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Represent the company to stakeholders and customers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in complex solutions or systems in plant/machinery construction for semiconductors, electronics, life sciences or R&D.
  • Proven success in proactive customer acquisition and strategic account development in fast-paced, technically complex settings.
  • Equivalent technical/commercial training with strong industry experience and network.
  • Global experience selling customized, complex solutions with multi-year project cycles.
  • Technically enthusiastic and aligned with advanced product portfolios.
  • Goal-driven, results-focused, and motivated by winning new business.
  • Excellent communication, customer orientation, and sense of responsibility.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and success-driven attitude.
  • Strong OEM network is an advantage.
