Experience, where you'll play a key role in supporting the operations, optimization, and governance
of our brand websites across multiple markets. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital
marketing, analytics, and stakeholder collaborationperfect for someone looking to grow in a fast-
paced, dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Hygiene & Operations Support
- Conduct regular hygiene checks across regional brand.com sites, identifying and
resolving issues to ensure content accuracy, link integrity and SEO compliance in
collaboration with agency and local affiliate teams.
- Identify and document issues that require escalation beyond global or agency-level
resolution.
- Assist in maintaining centralized documentation and SOPs for webmastering
workflows.
- Website Experience Optimization
- Assist in evaluating customer journeys and identifying opportunities to improve site
usability and user experience.
- Support UX/UI audits and contribute insights to strategic enhancement projects.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify best practices and innovation
opportunities.
- Analytics & Privacy Compliance
- Assist in GA4 audits and help implement tracking enhancements across geo-brand
sites.
- Monitor data integrity and support tracking of GA property connections to other Google
platforms.
- Support on data extraction and analyse e-commerce performance data to provide
insights that drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Market Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with local market teams and agency partners to follow up on SEO/SEM
action items and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage recurring meetings with various markets and brand teams, including
scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of key outcomes.
- Foster effective communication and alignment across stakeholders to support smooth
project execution.
- Tools Governance
- Support the management and maintenance of regional marketing tools and access
rights, including Google Analytics and other platforms.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, web operations, and user experience.
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent People and Communication skills with an ability to adapt to different personalities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
