ZIVA is hiring an Asia Key Account Support Executive to support regional growth.

ZIVA is a global leader in premium free weigth and functional fitness equipment, partnering with gym operators, fitness studios, distributors and hotels worldwide to build training environments that perform and inspire. We design strength with purpose combining commercial durability with elevated aesthetics.

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of sales coordination, relationship management, and operational excellence ensuring our Key Accounts across Asia are supported from lead generation through manufacturing and delivery.

The role reports directly to the Asia Regional Sales Manager, ensuring clear communication lines and alignment with regional business objectives.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Supporting the Asia Regional Sales Manager to drive Key Account growth
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with club owners, managers, and decision-makers
  • Generating and qualifying leads across Asia markets
  • Ensuring each opportunity is tracked through quotation, order acceptance, and manufacturing
  • Coordinating documentation and regular reporting of actual Vs forecasting
  • Conducting market research to validate ZIVA's share across free weights, functional accessories, racks, rigs, and storage solutions
  • Acting as liaison between Distributors, Key Accounts, and ZIVA HQ teams
  • Travelling within Asia (approx. 2 visits per year per active KA market)

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of two years experience in administrative roles, sales support, or coordination within a commercial environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and generating detailed reports
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proven track record of reliable follow-through on assignments
  • Comfortable collaborating and coordinating with teams across different time zones
  • MUST have 3 to 5 years experience in the fitness industry

This position calls for a proactive attitude, strong determination, and a high level of professionalism. You will collaborate closely with operators who are developing commercial fitness environments, where being clear and quick to respond is essential.
